However, it is the downstream, consumer facing companies that are increasingly making sustainability commitments. In this session we will discuss this disconnect and the lack of transparency in the supply-chains connecting these actors. We will hear how research, industry, and environmental organizations are working to bring transparency into supply-chains and use it to aggregate sustainability impacts.
